KIMICA products were introduced in a feature, “Materials and Additives for Seniors Recommended by Companies”, in the March issue of Food Chemical Magazine.
“Kombu-san 400 series” is a gelling agent prepared using alginic acid, which is suitable for the development of nursing home foods that require those foods to be easy to swallow.
“Calcium alginate”, a dietary fiber that has health functionalities such as aiding in the prevention of metabolic syndrome and the fortification of calcium, is also introduced in this feature.
