KIMICA Product introduced as a Classic Additive in Food Chemical Newspaper
In the special feature of the Jan 7, 2021 edition of the Food Chemical Newspaper, one of our products in our lineup, the “KONBU-SAN 500” series was introduced as a classic*. The KONBU-SAN 500 series is a part of our Propylene Glycol Alginate (PGA) product lineups, and has been popular additive throughout the years in various foods to improve texture.
In addition to the secret to its success, this special feature introduces other products such as calcium alginate products, our two new products; KIMICA Xanthan and KIMICA CMC.
