Xanthan Gum added to Product Portfolio (Japan market only)
With our extensive knowledge acquired through our alginate business, we have begun to market Xanthan Gum in Japan.
Xanthan gum is a polysaccharide produced in nature as a byproduct when microorganisms ferment corn or soybeans as a source of nutrition.
Xanthan gum has many industrial uses, including as a common food additive. Recently, its demand has increased in the food industry focused on foods served for long-term care patients or the elderly in nursing homes.
With high quality assurance and broad global network of KIMICA, we are able to provide products high in quality and great cost efficiency. KIMICA’s Xanthan Gum will go through its final processing in Japan(our Chiba plant), then delivered dometically.
We have 5 different grain types available. Please contact us if you are interested in learning more.
